A classic Skyhawk with meaningful recent investment
N8596U is a 1965 Cessna 172F with significant recent investment in the areas that matter most to the next owner. The Continental O-300-D was major overhauled by Triad Aviation in February 2025 and currently has approximately 134 hours since overhaul. The aircraft and flight controls were refinished in April 2026.
The panel combines familiar conventional instrumentation with Garmin WAAS navigation, dual Nav/Comms, ADS-B and a JPI engine monitor. With approximately 870 pounds of useful load, N8596U remains a practical four-place Skyhawk for personal flying, training, time building or club use.
The aircraft is currently undergoing its annual inspection and will be sold with the annual completed. We have digitized the logs as well so we can see how well maintained this aircraft is.
